The National Commission for Civic Education (NCCE) says it is worried by incidents of leaked question papers in the on-going West Africa Senior School Certificate Examination (WASSCE).
The Integrated Science Paper 1 & 2 reportedly leaked hours before it was scheduled to be taken by the students.
Although the Ghana Education Service has described the report as rumour, the NCCE has called for strict compliance with the rules regulating examinations in the country.
“We are equally worried about a related incident where some WASSCE question papers were leaked,” the Commission said in a statement copied UPSANEWSROOM.com Friday.
“These incidents threaten the sustenance of the democratic values of accountability, responsibility, discipline, integrity and honesty, which are gradually being watered down,” the statement added.
