UPSA extends registration deadline to May 3 as Semester ends on Sunday

The University of Professional Studies, Accra has extended the registration deadline for the Second Semester to May 3, 2020.

The school had initially set April 26, 2020, as the deadline for registration but this has been extended.

In a statement released Friday, the school has scheduled May 3, 2020, as the new date for late registration.

“With online teaching coming to an end on Sunday, April 26, 2020, Management has kindly extended the deadline for registration from Sunday, April 26, 2020, to Sunday, May 3, 2020,” the statement signed by the Pro Vice-Chancellor, Professor Charles Barnor.

The school said only students who are able to register will be allowed to take part in the end-of-semester examination for the 2019/2020 academic year.

The statement further stressed that the online examination will be in the nature of Take-Home Assignments which would be done offline by students and transmitted through the approved means to the various lecturers.

The university has set May 18, 2020, as the starting date for the examination, however, the timetable is still not out.
