Ghana has recorded its 3rd coronavirus death amidst deafening calls on the government to declare a total lockdown.
The deceased is reported to be an army officer whose husband is equally battling for his life.
The two-star Army general died at the 37 Military Hospital, UPSANEWSROOM.com has learnt.
The husband and wife who were infested with coronavirus had not travelled abroad, JOY NEWS sources have revealed.
Ghana has recorded a total of 68 cases of coronavirus infection with three deaths.
Already, the Ghana Medical Association and other well-meaning institutions have called for a total lockdown of the country.
They want only essential services to continue to be in operation.
