Step by step guide in using UPSA virtual learning platform

The University of Professional Studies, Accra has rolled out its virtual learning platform hours after the President shut down all public and private universities over COVID-19.

Your authoritative online student news portal, UPSANEWSROOM.com has put together the steps students need to follow in order to access course materials on the platform.

Step 1:

The first step is to Log on to: www.join.upsavirtual.site on either your mobile phone or computer.

Step 2:

After a successful log in, you will need to enter your “index number” as your username with “Google1*” as your default password. Please note you will need to change your password upon accessing the dashboard.

Step 3:

Click on “Dashboard” and below it, you will see “Courses” and you will need to click it too. After that, a drop-down menu will displace both Bachelors or Diploma. Please do click on the one that applies to you.

Step 4:

Below the course you clicked, you will see another drop-down, which will ask you to select your Level (ie. Level 100, 200, 300 or 400). Here too, do select the level that applies to you.

Step 5:

When you are done, the fifth step would be for you to click on your courses codes. At this juncture, you will need to be abreast with the codes that apply to your courses since they will help you with your enrolling onto the course online.
