The University of Professional Studies, Accra has parried the claim that it has suspended all lectures following the growing cases of COVID-19 infection in Ghana.
In a statement released Sunday, the University said it is “currently observing regular, normal classes for all students.”
The school was said to have suspended all lectures in a statement which was making the round on social media.
The said statement had the name of the Vice-Chancellor, Professor Okoe Amartey, beneath it as the author.
But the said statement is “false,” the University has said.
“Management informs all students and the entire university community that UPSA remains open and is currently observing regular, normal classes for all students,” the statement said.
