Ashesi University is the second school to cancel lectures following cases of COVID-19

Ashesi University College has cancelled its lectures indefinitely over the growing cases of coronavirus infection in the country, UPSANEWSROOM.com has learnt.

The school in an email sent to students and lecturers Sunday said all classes would be moved online in order not to interrupt academic work.

This new measure takes effect from Monday, March 15, 2020.

Ashesi University College is the second school to cancel lectures following the reported cases of coronavirus infection in Ghana.

There are currently six cases of coronavirus infection in the country, the Ghana Health Services has said.
