The suspension of the UPSA SRC President, Peter MwinZumah, has been stayed Thursday.
A unanimous decision by the SRC High Chamber has stayed the unpopular decision taken by the General Assembly Monday.
This followed a petition challenging the decision suspending the president for not appearing before the Assembly.
Mr MwinZumah was suspended after he could not appear before the General Assembly to respond to some questions.
But the court has granted an interim injunction, staying the unpopular decision taken by 13 General Assembly members.
