Mahama launches blistering attack on Akufo-Addo over ‘obese’ gov’t, failed policies

Mahama promises a wave of change when he is elected as president

John Dramani Mahama has launched a stinging attack on President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo, accusing him of unleashing untold hardship on Ghanaians.

The ex-president and presidential candidate of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) suggested the president is increasing the size of his government while telling Ghanaians to brace up for the worst.

“You can’t be asking Ghanaians to tighten their belts while you have 125 Ministers and have increased the number of Ministries to over 50,” the former president said in a Facebook Live address to Ghanaians Monday.
